Our services

Designing your unseen dream; a déjà vu of longing and belonging

Our approach

A space that speaks to your sense of identity.

Whatever the function of a space, we believe it should always have a positive impact on the people who use it. This is why we approach every project with a person-centered attitude, bringing distinctive designs that draw on your unique needs and desires. Our spaces serve as the dynamic setting for your story.

Every project is managed personally by our principal lead architect, Loay Quota, who is internationally licensed, LEED sustainability certified, and a founding member of the AIA Middle East Chapter. This means you can expect a high-touch level of service and expertise, with an emphasis on the environment.

Our Services

A unique exploration of space to help you connect with your surroundings.

ARCHITECTURE

We create places, spaces, and buildings, working from the very first notion through to project completion. Come to us with an idea, and we can help you create a new center for belonging.

Our creations are engaging, functional, and distinctive designs that flow harmoniously with the environment around them, including full engineering and structural system design, and landscaping when required.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Offered as a standalone service for commercial clients, or to complement our architecture, we provide modern, minimalist interior design that speaks to your unique sense of style.

Each space serves as an extension of the outside world, with innovative ideas to enhance usability and inspire the senses.
