914 Beach House

A family beach house that maximizes its views towards the beach front with the use of various outdoor spaces and transparent indoor spaces. The project is to house the client and his extended family with weekend suites  for all.

The functional analyses of the different living situations and users lead the architect to approach the design as three main private zones that can function independently and all with access and interlinked to or from the semi private areas. The owner’s zone and the immediate extended family zone
