The design is a minimalistic approach to aesthetics and simple space planning in accordance to clients needs and aspirations.

These were then superposed by well-organized plan to form a modern interesting exterior yet resembling the clean geometry present to traditional houses of Middle East. The planning emphasizes on the element of function and delightful experience. With understanding of users activities of a traditional Saudi family and then embracing the modern home life through new technologies
